History

Ligaya Construction, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Arch. Teodoro L. Luzung. It started as a single proprietorship based at St. Mary’s Avenue, St. Jude Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. The construction business is named after Arch. Luzung’s mother, Mrs. Ligaya Luzung, who is a successful businesswoman in her own right.

In 1994, Engr. Pedrito L. Luzung, Arch. Luzung’s younger brother, joined the business which was then expanding rapidly.

In 1999, the Luzung brothers incorporated the construction and engineering business since a corporate structure is better suited to meet the demands of the growing business.

In 2006, the company moved its base of operations to San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines to expand and diversify its construction business.

The company is in the process of being classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board as a Triple-A contractor in general building and general construction.

The company has built a reputation for reliability and quality of work in the construction industry for the past 20 years.
